Interview tips - read this before school store interviews :)...be prepared to ask a questions and answer some questions from this list Interviewing for a job can be a nerve-wracking experience. The better prepared you are, the better your chances will be of winning the job opportunity.
1. Practice answering questions beforehand.
2. Always dress professionally, even if the workplace is casual.
3. Be on time and greet the interviewer with a smile and a firm handshake.
4. Be enthusiastic and positive.
5. Know your strengths and be able to expand on them; know your weaknesses and be able to defend them.
6. Demonstrate some knowledge of the company.
7. Ask specific questions about the job you are applying for.
8. Promote yourself! Make the interviewer confident you can do the job.

How many employees does the company have?
What are the company’s plans for expansion or growth?
What are the position’s growth opportunities?
Does the department work separately from other departments?
